Synova is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to its Value Creation team. Alex Lazare has joined as Value Creation Director, alongside Max Lawson, who has joined as a Capital Markets Director.

Alex will work with Synova portfolio leadership teams to help drive growth across commercial initiatives, whilst Max will lead on all debt-related matters throughout the investment lifecycle, including investment and acquisition financings, as well as Treasury and Hedging strategy and execution.

Since the establishment of the Value Creation team, Synova has invested significantly in its in-house capabilities in supporting portfolio company leadership teams across its six pillars of growth: Commercial, Data, Digital, International, Talent and Inorganic Growth.

These appointments reflect Synova’s continued commitment to creating value in partnership with its portfolio companies and leadership teams.
